Introduction:
DN-10.16.25 series stepping-on transmission spot-welder apply to spot welder such material as low carbon steel and stainless plate and wire. They widely used in workmanship, lamp decoration, and bin etc-industry.
1 . Major loops adopt controllable silicon to have long life, no nose and sensitive reaction etc. strong point.
2 . The input of power is 220V or single-phase 380V which can meet the different demand of users.
3 . Spot-welding time is controlled by figure-showing time relay, and the accuracy is 0.01 second.
4. Adjustable welding Power, which can adjust the gear according to the thicknees of work piece.
5. Electrode force can be adjust equable with compression spring on the stepping-on.
6. Tip is made chrome, zirconium and copper, and is cooled with water to slow the abrasion of tip greatly.
